Sexfighting and feminism?

If you look at how sexfighting has been portrayed in pornography over the past thirty years, you can quickly get the impression that it's just the outgrowth of male fantasies and patriarchal social structures that are being processed. It's easy to overlook the fact that the actual, real sexfight is lived feminism. Even if the terms sexfight, tribfight or pussyfight are still relatively new in language usage as a result of the first pioneers in this field as well as of the Internet in general and are still not very well known, this is not the case for the underlying concept of sexual competition.
Since the test of strength has always been an integral part of being human, it can be assumed that sexual steadfastness was also continuously perceived as an opportunity to compete with one another. This also and especially applies to women. Since women who think and act competitively are partly still considered to be incompatible with social ideas of "female" or "feminine", a sexfight far from the eyes of the judgmental public can be understood as an opportunity to indulge in the desire for a duel without restraint. In this way, suppressed or unconscious aggression can be lived out non-violently and differences can be settled. Both women can let go and just be themselves.

"To be sure, women make comparisons among themselves, but competition, challenge, is something quite different from these passive comparisons: two free beings confront each other as having on the world a hold that they propose to enlarge; [...]." - Simone de Beauvoir

In addition, there is the rediscovery of fighting as part of the intense, sensual physical contact. Hardly any sexfight can do without wrestling elements. This gives women new confidence in their bodies. An archaic sense of self is awakened, so to speak, which exists beyond all social norms and one's own limits are rediscovered. Of particular interest to lesbian and bisexual women is the competition at eye level without gender-specific role allocation. This game of "top or bottom" and "win or lose" can ignite an unknown passion and redefine the feeling of "being a woman".

  1. Agree with your pointview, sexfighting and especially scissoring is about balance, chemistry, harmony, fun and empowerment, real freedom and all the virtues the women have to challenge themselves at the battlefield.
